We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the face of our dispensary, helping customers select the right products while ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences
Provide education on cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and effects
Process transactions accurately using the POS system
Verify customer IDs and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
Restock and organize inventory as needed
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Stay up to date with cannabis industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old (as required by law)
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or cannabis industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of cannabis products and regulations (training provided)
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions
