We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to join our team at our legal hemp dispensary in North Carolina. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the hemp and cannabis industry, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is ready to help lead a team to success.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory management, provide excellent customer service on sales floor and cash handling.

Train, coach, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with all regulations.

Assist with scheduling, staffing, and ensuring labor efficiency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for both customers and employees.

Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and help achieve store goals.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations for hemp sales.

Step into the Store Manager’s role as needed.

Qualifications

Previous retail management or assistant management experience preferred.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Passion for the hemp/cannabis industry and willingness to learn product knowledge.

Ability to multitask, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions.

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Must be 21+ with a valid ID.
