Zink continues to grow and due to our continued success, we are hiring twelve new temporary employees, with the ability for full-time, permanent employment. These positions will work on an assembly line and packaging line, manufacturing Flowtron Bug Zappers, using simple hand tools, and boxing, shipping finished goods.
We are hiring immediately, with a start date as soon as Monday, April 1, 2024. We expect the temporary work to continue through June 1, 2024. Our intention is to hire our temp employees into our FT, permanent positions, as they become available.
Daytime Shift: 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday - 4 Ten-hour shifts.
We will provide the training and the tools that you need to be successful in your position. This is a fast-paced job, working as part of a team and there is plenty of work to accomplish. We can offer you a great place to work with awesome employees to work with. The work is not difficult but requires attention to detail and employees who are quality minded.
We have 12 positions, 40 hours a week at $12.00 an hour to start, as a temporary employee. After 60 days, if you have great attendance, a willingness to learn and demonstrate your ability to work as a member of a team, you will be eligible for full-time employment with benefits like Health insurance, Paid Time off, a 401K plan, 18 Paid Holidays and a $1 for $1 H.S.A. Match. If offered a permanent position, your hourly rate will go to $16.00 an hour, or $33,280 a year.
