Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring the signs and essential products are packaged properly for shipping, loading product on the truck and making sure the product is delivered on time according to customer requirements.
DUTIES
Strong experience in logistics and working with drivers, customers and vendors.
Produce package lists/BOLS shop packs.
Handle shipment transactions
Drive forklift to load and unload signs on trucks.
Use nail gun and chop saw to make crates for shipping.
Ensures safety of self and others though proper use and care of equipment/work area

SKILLS
Strong Sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Knowledge of packing/crating procedures
Knowledge of carpentry skills
Ability to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously.
EXPERIENCE
One year of experience in Shipping and Receiving, service or similar industry. Sign industry experience preferred.
