Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about social media, particularly platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, this opportunity is for you! Your primary responsibilities will include content scheduling, engaging with our audience, and monitoring performance metrics. We'll provide the necessary content materials, so you can focus on maximizing our online presence.
Responsibilities:
Schedule posts across various social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Craft engaging captions, descriptions, and hashtags to accompany each post.
Monitor comments and messages, responding promptly and courteously.
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with managing social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends.
Hours and Compensation:
This position initially requires 5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed.
Compensation: $15 per hour.
