Practice focuses on assisting businesses in all phases—litigation, collections, setting up corporations and LLCs, contracts, bankruptcy, tax/wills/estate planning, and general practice. (No bank-financed title searches of homes.) Applicant must have superior academic credentials, be licensed to practice in North Carolina, and have actual experience practicing law in a law firm. Attorney applicant also must have solid computer skills, an interest in business legal matters, and a very real desire to practice law and, preferably a desire eventually to own his or her own practice.
