Plant Care Technician/Installer
Our company is seeking a horticultural technician/installer to service commercial properties in the greater Greensboro, NC, area. We are looking for an individual that is hard working, self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently as well as with other associates.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining interior tropical plants in an office environment and some exterior containers
- Load/unload trucks and vans for maintenance and/or customer installs
- Installing interior and exterior plants
- Regular, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs (Trees/tall plants, soil bags, 2 gallon water buckets, water tanks)

We are looking for an applicant with attention to detail who loves working with plants and providing the ongoing service to make them thrive! Pay dependent on experience level. Must be in good physical condition. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this job involves traveling to multiple locations daily in the greater Greensboro area. (Company compensates for mileage.) Will work independently after 6-8 weeks of training on jobsite/route. Must have the ability to communicate professionally with customers and other associates. Need good organizational skills. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check for hire.
