WashingtonEngineering is looking to hire a 2-person crew for the installing new
5-inch K-Style aluminum gutters with two downspouts on backside roof fascia
of Danville 2-story home. Backside Fascia is approximately 45 linear feet
in a straight line. Each new downspout is approximately 20 to 22 linear feet.
Please see pictures with Aqua circled area which identify backside roof fascia.
Also require removal and replacement of side porch 5-inch K-style aluminum
gutters damaged in tree felling accident. Side porch gutters consist of two inside miters
gutters. This side porch gutter has a 24 to 28 total linear feet distance.
Side porch gutter has an existing 2"x3" downspout which was undamaged and
will be re-attached. Please, look at pictures with Fuchsia circled area which
identifies the side porch gutter. I have also attached two pictures of the side
porch gutter prior to damage.
Looking for a Gutter installers, Roofers with gutter experience, or carpenters with
gutter experience to perform task within a time from of no more than two days.
Persons/ organizations interested in executed stated work may visit property
to gather necessary additional information prior to making any commitment.

Person / Organization performing task shall have the following equipment:
28ft (min.) length extension ladders. Two at a minimum.
Power drill(s) and ratchet(s) with appropriate adapters for driving provided fasteners
Metal/Aluminum/Wood power Band saw and Miter saw
All necessary carpenter measurement, leveling and plum determination tools.
Any necessary manual tool (i.e. chalking gun, hammer, pliers, etc)
Generator / Compress Air / Batteries for running of power tools.
Complete new back fascia gutter install and side porch in no more than one day (8 to 12 hours)
Some task execution details for Person / Organization are as follows:
Two persons minimum working job at all times. Except for lunch and late-afternoon break.
For home backside fascia gutter install, the gutter slope shall fall
between 1/2"-to-3/4" for every 10 ft starting at center line point.
For side porch gutter install, gutter at downspout connection point
will be 1' lower pitch than the opposite side closer to home front-side.
Clean-up work area of any work related debris.
If person or organization requires major tools or support equipment daily rate shall be reduced from maximum !
