If you or someone you know is looking for a solid job in Greensboro, High Point area We are seeking people for direct support position’s! These are pretty chill position’s and very rewarding! The potential candidate’s must be able to work in a variety of settings. You may be working with 4 adult males in a group home setting or you will be working one on one with one individual in a home setting and also one on one with one individual 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. Keep in mind this is not a CNA type of position Most of our individuals are capable of doing all independent skills just need monitoring and some assistance Although there could be at times some bathing and bathroom assistance depending on individual needs. This position can be so easy at times you’ll forget you’re working Patience and understanding is a must but being firm with your words is also Understand there can be some physical behaviors at times but not regularly You must have a valid drivers license, high school diploma (transcript needs to be accessible), and decent criminal background (doesn’t have to be squeaky clean just nothing crazy) Pay will be discussed at interview Looking to hire staff for different positions please be aware there will be weekends and holidays shifts as well Before inquiring please be available to work on weekends and holidays Feel free to inquire more
