Essential Duties and Tasks:
Verification and tracking of all material received, shipped and moved
Receive materials and store in the warehouse
Deliver materials/supplies to production areas
Verify all inbound and outbound shipments
Record purchases and maintain database
Perform physical inventory count, reconcile stock count to records, compute figures from records to obtain current inventory levels
Verify computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors where needed
Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies
Prepares various inventory reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
Must have a valid driver's license
Prior forklift experience required
Two - four years solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing required
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations
Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Lifts 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
