Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a User Experience Researcher for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC.Key Responsibilities:Research Planning and Execution:
Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
Develop research plans and protocols aligned with project goals and timelines.
User Insights:
Analyze and synthesize data to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points.
Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user insights into product design and development.
Advocate for user-centric design across teams and stakeholders.
Documentation and Communication:
Create detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research insights.
Present findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on UX research trends, tools, and methodologies.
Contribute to the refinement of research processes and tools.
Requirements
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in UX research or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful research projects.
Hands-on experience with various research methodologies and tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics).
Skills:
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex insights clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
Familiarity with UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
