You will:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, simulation experts, and data analysts, with a verification and validation culture that champions teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead Complete Vehicle development and maintenance of high-fidelity, high-accuracy physics-based verification and validation test models that simulate vehicle behavior under many environments
Collaborate and coordinate the Complete Vehicle physics-based models of vehicle systems: Cab, Chassis, Powertrain, eMobility
Lead the Data-Driven team culture – analysis of simulation results, link accurate correlations, and make critical recommendations to ensure the vehicle meets and exceeds the Feature Positions and requirements
Manage the Complete Vehicle technical correlation of on-road and track testing of test vehicles and simulation validation results
Facilitate and grow collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Cab Analysis, Chassis Analysis, Powertrain, eMobility, and Vehicle Technology
