Four (4) years in all building maintenance trades

General custodial experience

Must be able to read blueprints

Valid North Carolina Driver's License is required

Ability to interact with a wide variety of personnel in a professional manner

Ability to work independently, without supervision

Must be able to perform duties using high reach lifts

Must be able to read, write and understand the English language
