Greeting service customers, obtain customer & vehicle info, writing up repair orders, recommending needed maintenance, prepare estimates, monitor the repair progress and updating customers, verify final amount reconciles with the work done on vehicle, clearly explain all completed work and charges to customers. Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is mandatory. Knowledge of Dealer Track software is a plus. Full-time position.
