Local: $48/hour

Travelers: $2,286/week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No holidays or weekends)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at a long-term care facility in Goldsboro, NC. This is a 13-week contract position with a start date of February 3rd. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services to residents, helping them improve their daily living and working skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate residents' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Document residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Educate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.

Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in North Carolina.

Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
