Job Title: Quality Improvement SpecialistJob DescriptionA global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to support the filling department. This role involves being the first line of defense for quality issues during shifts. You will spend 50% of your time in an office reviewing documentation post-batch and 50% on the shop floor observing operators and ensuring their actions align with the SOP. Responsible for investigating and solving quality problems during shifts Manage non-conformities and unscheduled events Ensure BPR accurateness and timely approval Collaborate with the process team to implement preventive actions to eliminate recurring quality issues Ensure compliance with training programs (IsoTrain/Eduneering) and confirm process adherence Execute process confirmation of standards on shift and work with team members to improve quality and compliance Actively communicate corrective actions from investigations and confirm with all team members Ensure compliance with standards during shifts Perform periodic compliance assessmentsHard Skills
Bachelor in Life Science Discipline
GMP/GDP - 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment with a degree, or 6 years of experience without a degree
Systematic Problem Solving - experience with pareto charts, fishbone diagrams, 5 whys, and other problem-solving/process improvement techniques
