This individual also assists with cleaning and packing meters that need to be shipped to regional locations for installation. A Meter Tech I may also be trained to assist in other areas of the meter lab as needed, including the meter warehouse, tool repair, and modem assembly, and transformer processing. Responsibilities & Duties:
Sort, process, and testing single and poly phase meters
Box and palletize meters
Basic/Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications:
Associates degree in Electronics or other related field.
Prior metering or other related utility experience.
Self-motivated, hard-worker, with desire to learn in a fast pace setting.
Flexible and ready to perform multiple duties depending on priority.
Working Conditions:
Lab environment
May be required to work in storm restoration
Onsite
