This position reports to the Manager, Asset Management.

The position is responsible for detailed analysis of the annual work plan performance reporting, KPI’s, monitoring and facilitating weekly Compliance meetings, and budget variances for the Transmission Work Management group.

This position will primarily support the Grid Ops & Controls/Asset Strategy and region group where it is located and, in some cases, the entire jurisdiction overall.

This job position is primarily accountable to:

Creates, compiles, monitors, and updates the annual work plan forecast.

Support the organization through detailed analysis and/or data interrogation.

Provide support for development and coordination of the annual work plan and budget for assigned locations and monitor activities that will support adherence to the organizational financial goals.

Create and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and governance related to Work Management metrics and reporting. Serves as single point of contact for evaluating, maintaining, and publishing metrics in concert with Operational Excellence.

Identify, analyze, and document work plan, KPI, and budget variances then provide operational recommendations where appropriate.

Provide end user support for data management, data inquiries, and data retrieval to meet local and jurisdictional needs.

Supply appropriate levels of management with information necessary to develop proposals, recommendations, and resolutions.

Participate in a peer organization as needed with other departments to ensure consistency in processes, reporting and sharing of best practices throughout the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Demonstrated analytical skills.

Demonstrated experience with metrics, business planning, risk analysis, cost management, and workflow analysis.

Demonstrated presentation skills in presenting to all levels within the organization.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Diversity Focus

Ability to meet stated deadlines and respond quickly to changing needs through a teamwork approach.

Advanced Excel skills including pivot table functionality.

Ability to use Power BI

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
