Responsible for overseeing the installation of various construction projects in the Fuquay Varina and RDU areas
Ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all installations are executed efficiently and effectively
Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Maintain accurate records of all installations and provide regular progress reports to project managers
Utilize strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools to oversee the installation of various construction projects
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all installations are executed efficiently and effectively
Utilize ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide guidance and support to junior team members
Skills & Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in construction installation
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in construction installation
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
Professional certification in construction management or related field
Ability to perform take-off on project plans for installation crews
Essential Job Functions:
Be able to lift and carry ladders, drawings, personal computers, material, etc.
Be able to spend significant time standing and walking on construction sites.
Be able to climb several flights of stairs or ladders throughout a typical day on a construction site.
Maintain a satisfactory driving record which, per Climatec’s vehicle policy, allows the individual to drive a company vehicle.
Be physically able to kneel, stoop and crawl.
