Laboratory Analyst I (Mold) - Eurofins Environment Testing - Fort Mill, SC

Eurofins CEI, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Analyst in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The Analyst will use phase contrast microscopes (PCM) for mold analysis. The Mold Analyst prepares and analyzes environmental samples according to scientific methodology in compliance with company Quality Assurance programs and SOP’s. The analyst also validates and reviews data for accuracy, and uploads laboratory data into the LIMS that ultimately generates required reports to clients.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Regular attendance and punctualityOrganize and record samplesData entry into LIMSPrepare fungi and PCM samples for analysisAnalysis of non-culturable surface and air samples for fungiAnalysis of air samples using PCM for asbestos and other fibersMaintenance of the department and lab, including stocking supplies and housekeepingPhone and email correspondence with clientsAssist with customer services when neededData entry of QC activities in departmentsConduct all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerform other duties as assigned
