Jr. Maintenance Technician

Summary of PositionThe Jr. Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Silfab Solar's IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems. The incumbent will work closely with the IT Manager and other IT staff to ensure that the company's IT systems are running efficiently and effectively.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstalling and configuring operating systems and software on servers and desktop computers.Managing and maintaining servers and network infrastructure.Managing user accounts and permissions.Monitoring system performance and security.Managing and maintaining software and security updates.Supporting end users with technical issues.Documenting and maintaining IT procedures and policies.Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.Providing remote support to users in multiple locationsManaging and maintaining IT asset inventoryKeep abreast of new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure.
