Accountant

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT  SG 10We are seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our accounting team. The Accountant will be responsible for coordinating lease accounting and fixed asset accounting entries, maintaining and reconciling various general ledger accounts, preparing financial statements, and assisting with the monthly, quarterly and annual close process. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices and strong organizational and analytical skills.Prepare journal entries and assist with the monthly, quarterly and year-end close reporting process.Coordinate budgeting and reporting for leases at multiple locations.Reconcile various general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, including PPE and lease accounts, Goods Received / Invoice Received (GR/IR) accounts, and various accruals.Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports for management and external stakeholders, including US Census Bureau.Collaborate with colleagues at subsidiary companies to prepare timely and accurate month-end reporting.Assist with audits and other special projects as needed.
