Summary About the Position: This position serves as a Joint Fires Rehearsal Center Coordinator for the Joint Activities located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina. Responsibilities Serve as the Joint Fires Rehearsal Center (JFRC) Coordinator. Plan the activities of the JFRC to include the scheduling, coordination and de-confliction of all exercises, surveys, meetings, and conferences. Interpret commander's guidance to establish realistic training exercises to meet overall training objectives. Identify conference participants coordinating administrative and budget support for the conferences to include scheduling facilities, transportation, lodging, and temporary duty funding. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes conduct analysis of joint exercise doctrine, policies, and plans for impact on the assigned mission; collect combat data from a variety of automated and manual sources interpreting the results to drive decisions; monitor program operations and predict needs and outcomes of operational challenges; develop training facility policies, strategies, and measures of effectiveness for implementation; and formulate long and short range planning calendar for all facilities. You will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship. One year trial/probationary period may be required. Direct deposit of pay is required.
