Experienced painters needed for homes/apartments on Fort Liberty and across the Fayetteville, NC area - 40 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Assemble scaffolding as required/needed.
Cover floors, furniture and other surfaces with drop cloths and other protective coverings to keep free from paint.
Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing them, filling holes and cracks and sanding them until smooth.
Apply primer and other sealers to paint surfaces to ensure that paint sticks to them.
Apply paint, stain and/or other finishes to paint surfaces using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Maintain an inventory of supplies like paint brushes, rollers, and tarps.
Clean machines, equipment, tools, and work areas using water, solvents, and other cleaning aids.
Review and implement work orders and assignments.
Removing and reinstalling fixtures (e.g. – doorknobs, electric switch cover) as necessary.
Follow safeguards, rules, and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Painting: 2 years (Required)
