Carolina Custom Vehicles is a specialized team of Jeep and vehicle enthusiasts designing and building exceptional customizations. We aspire to build the go-to conversion and modification shop for the Southeast United States with an unparalleled customer experience.We need to hire a Paint Correction Technician / Ceramic Coating / High End Detailer who will be specialized in restoring and enhancing a vehicle’s paint finish by removing imperfections like swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and expertise in various correction techniques.We Offer:

Responsibilities – Paint Correction Tech:

Assess paint condition to identify defects and determine the best correction approach.

Perform paint correction using polishing compounds, buffing machines, and specialized tools.

Apply protective coatings such as ceramic coatings or sealants to maintain the finish.

Ensure color consistency by blending and refining paint surfaces.

Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Stay updated on industry trends and new correction techniques.

Qualifications/Requirements – Paint Correction Tech:

Experience with paint correction tools like dual-action polishers and rotary buffers.

Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and protective coatings.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Understanding of safety procedures related to chemicals and equipment.

Certification in automotive detailing or paint correction (preferred but not always required).
