You may have previously seen our job on bigger sites I am coming here to avoid high fees. I am an agency manager/recruiter looking for self sufficient licensed agents willing to learn our compliance and underwriting guidelines to write good business for our carriers. There is a potential to become an hourly employee or join management after 6-12 months. This is a commission only position for the first 6-12 months. 1099 (you have to put some commissions aside for your taxes as a contractor)
We focus on selling:
Business/Commercial Lines (many) in all three states and a few other states not mentioned.
North Carolina Auto Insurance with a large name standard and non-standard auto carrier
South Carolina Coastal Home Insurance,
Georgia Home - (entire state even coastal)
If you do not sell anything that month, it is okay. We want good policies for the client and carrier not ones on the verge of becoming flagged or cancelled. You get paid when you sell and your job will not be on the line for “under performing” that month. This is an opportunity to make extra money on your own time.

You will gain industry expertise and valuable connections, data sources, understand mass market mailers and other non-invasive customer friendly methods of gaining clients, booth events, making the best and taking the best out of networking or mingle type events, website quality rating guidelines set by Google and organic web traffic leads and more.
You will be encouraged but not required to participate in events where you can fill your sales pipeline with clients.
You will be able to obtain FREE advertising material and we will let you shadow us in-person or virtually as many times as you want to learn how to drum up your own business the same way we started this company.
You will have access to inbound live call lead sources and warm transfer calls that you can pay for any time and we pay for occasionally.
