Attend to customer needs in a quick, friendly and effective manner
Keep a clean work environment for the team as well as customers
Quick thinking, simple math and maintaining a cash drawer
Multi-tasking and restocking multiple stations
Conflict resolution skills and de-escalation tactics with customers
Computer literacy and responsiveness
Knowledge of Products and Services provided
Be on time/early to every scheduled shift
Maintain communication with staff and management team
