Fast Paced Real Estate Company looking for someone to take pictures of our properties, fill out details, and bag up any clothes or pots and pans
-Must be able to use a smartphone and computer to send and receive documents
-Must be highly responsive to email/phone calls
-Must be able to get and send pictures within 24-hour period
-Must have a camera or a quality camera phone
-Must have reliable transportation
We need at least 40 interior and exterior pictures and our walkthrough sheet filled out. We want to see the ‘bad’ stuff. Any holes in the wall, any wires hanging, etc. Show us what work is needed in the house through your pictures. No dark pictures, no blurry pictures. We are also looking to get any miscellaneous garbage bagged up and put outside. Nothing nasty just pots and pans and clothes maybe pictures that type of stuff.
Typically pay is around $60 per job
After we receive the photos and walkthrough sheet through email- we will pay the fee through paypal same day.
