Help Wanted: Part-Time Scheduler & Work Order Coordinator (Remote)
We are a well-established restoration business with 20+ years of experience and a friendly, team-oriented environment. We’re seeking a highly organized individual to handle job scheduling and work order data entry. This part-time (20 hrs/week) remote role requires occasional on-site coordination. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Schedule on-site restoration jobs and in-shop projects for a team of 10.
Communicate with customers and employees to ensure efficient scheduling.
Input and update work orders accurately.
Track job progress and adjust schedules as needed.
Coordinate with our bookkeeper on job costing and invoicing.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Scheduling and/or administrative experience preferred.
Comfortable with scheduling and data entry software (training provided).
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
