JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, Tax Credit) is preferred.
Maintain tenant files and complete income recertification in accordance with program compliance
Manage the property's budget
Manage tenant relations, collections, leasing and operations within apartment community
Supervise maintenance and leasing staff
