Responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy of the Company. Sourcing and attracting candidates via a variety of methods. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for creating and posting job advertisements

Responsible for processing purchase orders or invoices for payment purposes

Responsible for sourcing viable candidates and referring to respective hiring manager

Conduct pre-screens and interviews with candidates

Complete all reference, credit, education, driving, and criminal background checks on sourced candidates

Ensure job applications and pre-employment paperwork is complete

Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems for compliance

Attend job fairs and participate in outreach efforts

Investigate and complete Adverse Impact Analysis on appropriate candidates

Provide appropriate Fair Credit Reporting Act notices to candidates adversely impacted

Provide rejection letters to candidates not selected

Create and maintain analysis report on candidates for EEOC compliance

Weekly update and maintenance of recruiting reports

Assist with the annual AAP reporting and review

Coach managers on appropriate interviewing techniques and skills

Remain current with all federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Establish and maintain requisition files

Maintain Job Descriptions to ensure accurate and compliant with Federal guidelines

Responsible for tracking applicant status for Affirmative Action Plan

Responsible for learning internal department structure to build knowledge of positions and business necessity

Responsible for assisting with the onboarding process and New Employee Orientation

Work closely with each department and employees at a variety of levels

Other duties as assigned by the manager

Skills, Experience, and/or Education Required:

Excellent organizational skills

Proven recruiting skills and experience required

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, and Excel

Strong written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy required

Sensitivity to corporate needs, employee relations, and public image required

The ability to work efficiently in a team environment or independently, with employees at all levels within the organization

Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

Excellent interpersonal skills required

Ability to travel

High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Minimum of two years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment required

Knowledge and experience in other aspects of Human Resources strongly preferred
