Spectrum Services Group is a nationwide healthcare provider of Licensed healthcare professionals at Military Bases and Hospitals nationwide. We are currently hiring for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro NC.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2 Year experience as a LCSW working independently within the last 5 years - must have nothing reported on your license
Master's Degree in Social Work fully accredited by the Council of Work Education (CSWE)
Active LCSW license in good standing from any US state or territory of the US is accepted
Current BLS card
Have a clean background
Must be a US Citizen

Job Description:
Must have ability to: Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide psychosocial treatment to a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational, and other diversified backgrounds. Provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, and families. Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychological needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment. Evaluate own practice through participation in a professional peer review case conferences or other organized means.
Knowledge and Experience: Use computer software applications for drafting documents, data management and tracking, especially those programs in use by DoD. Use of medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities and treatment procedures. This includes acute, chronic and traumatic illness/injuries, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology. Implement treatment modalities in working with individuals, families, and groups who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical and social problems to achieve treatment goals. Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding the delivery of clinical social work services.
DUTIES
Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other Government agencies for services.
Independently assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members and formulate and implement a treatment plan, identifying the patient’s problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills and assistance needed, in collaboration with the patient, family and interdisciplinary treatment team.
Independently conduct psychosocial assessments and provide psychosocial treatment to a wide variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, educational and other diverse backgrounds.

Independently provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, couples, and families. Must practice within the bounds of the license or certification.
Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment.
Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or other organizations required at the MTF.
Any other administrative duties as assigned by the department
WORK HOURS
M-F between the hours of 6:30am to 5:30pm not to exceed 8 hours in a day with a 1 hour unpaid lunch
