Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This role is at the heart of our sales operations, focusing on outbound sales efforts, meticulous lead research, and effective lead sourcing within the sports media sales industry. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads, effectively communicating product/service features and benefits. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Identify and research potential new business opportunities. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather accurate and comprehensive lead data. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update CRM systems with relevant information. Display strong ability to make a high volume of calls per day while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism. Utilize excellent research skills to identify and qualify potential leads. Exhibit familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient operations. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must. Prior experience in a customer service role is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. Knowledge of product marketing strategies and techniques is desired. Sales experience, particularly in a support role, is highly beneficial. The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment is important. The candidate must have a problem-solving mindset, able to tackle challenges as they arise. A high level of organizational skills is needed to manage various tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous. The candidate should be able to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively. A strong understanding of sales performance metrics is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable with delivering customer support and assisting with sales deals.
