Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
In-depth understanding of control system design techniques.
Advanced experience and proficiency in programming with LabVIEW.
Strong understanding of Statistical Process Controls and related techniques.
Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
Design, develop, analyze, test, and verify control systems.
Integration and simulation of control systems and testing capabilities.
Develop Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) systems.
Perform initial product acceptance testing and analyze test data to identify and address key product failures.
Develop statistical analysis programs and apply that methodology to determine failure modes and implement continuous improvements for test capabilities and yield.
