Job Summary:
Alphacraft LLC is seeking professional and experienced independent drivers to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will provide safe, timely, and professional transportation to our clients, who may include seniors and individuals with mobility challenges. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of North Carolina residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport clients to and from medical facilities, adult living communities, dialysis centers, and more
Operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles (if applicable) and provide assistance with mobility needs
Adhere to a schedule and communicate promptly with the dispatch team and clients
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with all clients and staff
Ensure all necessary safety protocols and company standards are followed
Requirements:
Valid North Carolina driver’s license
Reliable, insured vehicle (wheelchair-accessible preferred but not required)
Experience in NEMT, caregiving, or customer service is a plus
Willingness to undergo background checks and provide a clean driving record
Strong communication and time management skills
