LOCATED IN WILMINGTON
We are a fully licensed and insured marine construction company based in Wilmington, NC. Specializing in commercial and residential projects, we offer services including pile driving, bulkheads, dredging, dock construction/repairs, boat lift installations, and salvage work.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marine Construction Project Foreman to lead heavy civil marine projects, including new construction, repairs, maintenance, and demolition of piers, docks, pilings, bulkheads, and marinas.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project planning, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
Coordinate and direct project personnel, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards.
Review and modify project plans, prepare status reports, and maintain client communication.
Manage financial forecasting, progress billings, and subcontractor payments.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Identify and implement efficient production methods and manage equipment needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or 2+ years of marine construction project management experience.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Excel, CAD, and QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Knowledge of construction practices, financial principles, and safety regulations.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Work involves frequent project inspections, exposure to construction sites, and moderate to loud noise levels.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
