I am looking for a skilled contractor who offers handyman services. Preferably a retired carpenter/contractor. I need to find someone that I can count on for miscellaneous work, repairs, etc, for a beach rental on Emerald Isle. I need someone that I could call when needed and they could be at my house within 24 hours to take care of anything that has broke or needs attention while renters are there. It may be replacing a blind, replacing a door lock, checking on something, repairing something inside or outside the house, picking up and delivering something from the nearby Lowes, nailing or re-attaching something that has come off the house after a storm.
