Carpenters:
- Rot repair, framing, windows/doors, and siding experience.
- Understanding of the NC Building Code.
- Solid work history and references.
- Driver's license with a clean driving record.
Painters:
- Exterior and interior experience.
- Drywall finishing and touch-up skills.
- Solid work history and references.
- Driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) capability is preferred, though not required.
