NO COLD CALLING or DOOR KNOCKING or soliciting in any way
We give you an average of 12-15 preset appointments per week from buyers who called us wanting to purchase a swimming pool. We get them pre-approved for financing before we schedule the appointment. We make sure all decision makers will be there and allow you to call them to confirm before you drive out. Then you just drive to them, make the 90 min presentation, close the deal and that’s it. You have made money
This is easy peasy, quick and very efficient. Your hourly compensation will be quite high.
If you have sold cars, solar, roofing, timeshare, or any other in-person high ticket item you should be able to do very well with our company
Our sales team members’s compensation: average $600-$800 per sale and $2500 week
This is a FULL TIME POSITION. COMMISSION ONLY
1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Our average close rate is 40-50%. So you should easily be able to close 5-6 deals/week. With an average of $600-$800 Commission per sale, you should easily average $2500/week commission.
A 2.5 day training class is required. If you are over 50 miles away from training, we will pay for your hotel stay. Our training classes fill up fast, once we hire our reps for all our markets that is it, so it’s on a first come basis.
You get a $25 Pitch bonus for every 90-minute presentation regardless of sale
