I'm looking for someone who is trustworthy and can adapt to a wide variety of different tasks. I have two different businesses one that's been established and one that I am establishing. They both require someone who can help maintain organize the office and clerical work as necessary. But isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and help out with anything else that's needed as well like cleaning up the property or running laundry to dry cleaners. I really don't care about the office hours as long as work gets done. This position is going to be developed and grow as time passes. It's difficult for me to be in the field maintaining the work and clients. Then come back to the office and try to do paperwork or package and send the orders for the day. Most important thing is somebody that's trustworthy have zero tolerance for people that are greedy and selfish. If you believe that you deserve more be open about it and say something don't take it upon yourself to take it. I'm very open and easy to talk to and understanding if presented with a logical point of view. It even be on logical and emotional as long as it's genuine.
