We seek a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper/office manager to support our dynamic marketing agency's financial management. The ideal candidate will help maintain our financial health by managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing critical financial insights. Management of client invoices, vendor payables, payroll, and client communications are primary day-to-day activities. Other responsibilities include general office admin, answering phones, client communications, sending/receiving packages, etc.
