Baker’s Pro Construction, Inc. is hiring window installers for a major commercial project for the Wilson Housing Authority.
We have over 6,000 windows to install across 600+ units. Work available now through December 2025.
Pay:
$40–$45 per window installed.
What we provide:
Windows delivered to site.
Dumpsters provided.
What you must provide:
Your own tools.
Your own labor.
Transportation to jobsite.
Expectations:
Install cleanly and properly.
Fix any window issues flagged by our project manager (no extra pay for rework).
Show up consistently and complete assigned work.
We are looking for serious installers who want steady work — NOT part-timers.
