I am looking for local hands to help service rental properties in the Tarboro and Surrounding areas.
This will entail verifying vacancy and making the properties rent ready for the next tenants.
This works includes changing locks, removing debris left by previous tenants, cleaning, lawn care, and miscellaneous repairs needed to be rent ready.
All work completed will require before during and after photos. A smart phone is required.
