Growing Company needing physically able Heavy Equipment Operators to safely operate large equipment in a forestry setting. Mechanical Site Prep for re-planting in a Forestry setting, spraying pine plantations with log skidders, mulching with excavators and skid steers. Experience is appreciated but willing to train a motivated, hardworking individual. This is a physically demanding job. You must be able to lift and maintain carrying 75 lbs.
This is a full-time, hourly position and our pay schedule is bi-weekly. Most weeks are 50 hours, Monday through Friday with some occasional weekends depending on our work load and weather. Benefits are available after 90 days, including insurance, paid sick and vacation time.
MUST HAVE:
Valid drivers license AND dependable transportation to and from work daily.
Steel toe boots, work pants, weather-appropriate clothing. All work is out side.
Ability to work out of town. We will provide transportation to work sites and company provides lodging and
Per Diem for food.
Pass initial and random drug screenings.
Self-motivated, team player.
