We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Form Setters to join our team. As a member of our construction crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various concrete projects.
Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare concrete forms according to project specifications.
Pour and spread concrete to desired thickness and consistency.
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand or power tools.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or Form Setter
Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to concrete work.
Some ability to read and interpret blue prints and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
