Cleaning Tech needed for small state office in New Bern, NC .
Duties include gathering trash, cleaning/restocking restroom, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust. Cleaning days are Monday and Thursday each week and only take approximately about a hour each cleaning. Cleaning can be done any time between the hours of 5pm and 4am. It's super flexible hours. All equipment and supplies furnish just need someone to do the labor. Pay is a base rate of 375.00 per month ( no taxes). This is a super easy job for someone who will actually do it. Requirements are
Must be at lease 18
Must have a valid drivers license and their own transportation
Must be able to speak and communicate English
Must have a clean criminal background
Must be mature and dependable
Must work the scheduled days
Prefer someone who is a self starter and doesn't need someone to hold their hand, and someone with experience are a huge plus
