Requirements:
-Foster open communication and collaboration with fellow team members, including chefs, sous-chefs, and servers, to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house team.
-Execute precise and intricate food preparation techniques, adhering to established recipes and standards to consistently deliver high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.
-Adhere to sanitation and hygiene protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and personal cleanliness, to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
-Attention to detail and creativity in food presentations.
-Monitor inventory levels of fresh and seasonal ingredients, ensuring their optimal use to minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
-Contribute creative ideas to menu development, drawing from culinary trends and customer preferences, to enhance the restaurant's offerings and maintain its reputation for innovation.
