Come join us.Cook, present authentic and modern influenced Thai, Japanese and Pan Asian modern/fusion menus. Preparation and knowledge of Thai/Japanese sauces and flavorings. Responsible for all restaurant dining, catering and delivery/takeout. Ability to work in high paced environment. Facilitates on-going kitchen management and coordination with current staff. Responsible for maintaining stock/supplies, quality standards, supervision, health licensing compliance. Full time. $57,907.00 per year. Send cover letter with CV for consideration.

Compliance with all mandated health and licensing. Monitoring of business/brand quality standards. Oversee and maintain stock levels and ordering of new supplies.Maintaining consistent standards of traditional Thai, Japanese soups, rice bowls and curry. Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses. Facilitates on-going kitchen management and coordination with staff.

Min two of years experience. Communication in English required (and or Thai appreciated).

Responsibilities:

Direct daily activity of staff (prep cook, dishwashers and wait staff), and receive and manage inventory.

Understanding and preparation of the cuisine and intricacies of Thai and Japanese Raman style cooking.

Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.

Facilitates on-going kitchen management and coordination with current staff.

Ability to create traditional/Asian fusion Thai sauces/curries.

Compliance with all mandated health and licensing by state and municipality.

Oversee and maintain stock levels and ordering of new supplies.

Ensure all equipment in working areas is clean and in proper working condition.

Preps and verifies that all menu items are executed according to our company quality standards 100% of the time.

Maintaining consistent standards of traditional Thai, Japanese food and ability to adapt and develop new modern and American influenced fusion food trends relating to customer tastes.

Ability to work in confined spaces.

Ability to perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.

Must be reliable and punctual.

Must be able to work well with others.

Good communication and organizational skills.
