Job Description:
Responsible for leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operations and managing the day-to-day store operations. Will have knowledge of bubble-tea techniques/recipes and ingredients used in drinks, is professional with customers and teammates, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to think on their feet. Is responsible for maintaining an organized work area, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, managing co-workers and providing excellent customer service.Full Time $41,226.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers
Provide customers drink menus and answer questions regarding ingredients
Take orders while paying attention to details and requests
Knowledge and preparation of Thai inspired Boba Tea, Drinks, and Smoothies.
Understanding of our various types of tea or non-tea products, blends and brews, and differences in flavor and blends.
Develop new unique menu offerings
Experience in making tapioca pearls and other toppings.
Prepare fresh fruits and other ingredients.
Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
Keep all work areas clean
Replenish ingredients and inventory.
Check if equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Comply with health and safety regulations
Communicate well with customers, co-workers.
Communication and supervision with staff and kitchen to prepare Ice Cream.
Partner with owner to train and develop staff on selling, customer service, operations, visual,
policies and procedures, as applicable.
Adhere, promotes and practices safe work habits, ensuring team members adhere to health and safety guidelines, and employment standards in accordance to local, state and federal guidelines.
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience.
Food Handlers License (within 30 days).
Communication in English and or Thai.
