Full Time Position with Benefits
Pay range is $75k-90k dependent upon experience.

Requirements:
North Carolina Professional Land Surveying License
10+ years of experience in Land Surveying
Excellent grasp of Land Surveying techniques, the ability to lead and teach surveying team members and great communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and CAD (Microstation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D)
Valid NC Drivers License
Responsibilities:
Use of typical survey equipment to perform necessary land surveys.
Oversees and trains individuals to operate total station, level, GPS and data collectors for use in the field.
Ability to manage multiple projects in the field and in the office.
Develop and maintain client relationships
Successfully manage projects – including creating scopes of work, professional fees, project schedule and manage accounts receivable.
Extensive knowledge of standard practices of land surveying in the State of North Carolina. Comprehension of practice in coastal areas is a plus.
Ensure projects are handled in a professional manner from beginning to end, including meetings, communication and deliverables.
Create and/or oversee maps, plats, survey certificates, construction staking with the ability to sign and seal items as necessary for clients or municipalities.
The physical ability to work in the field some or part of the time if necessary.
